Climate psychology
Much of today's public climate communication is conveyed in a way that makes people close their eyes or shut their ears. We can not bear another disaster into our everyday lives. Good climate communication is therefore an art - and is about positive messages that inspire and engage people. Ragnhild Nilsen is a rare psychologist and storyteller who gives the reader good advice on how to use stories and narratives to create understanding, participation and co-creation. Throughout the book, she uses the good story or the exciting adventure to illustrate and exemplify what she wants the reader to understand.
Good climate communication must hit both channels into human consciousness. Both the logical left hemisphere and the emotional intuitive right hemisphere must hear what is needed to change perceptions, choices and actions. None of us can solve the climate crisis alone, and we need to stand together to master the changes that lie ahead.
Here comes the book with practical solutions based on the author's expertise in co-creative innovation. An important part of climate-related renewal and restructuring for companies, enterprises and businesses is that the products and solutions of the future must become more sustainable. The only way to achieve that is through innovation and innovation. The book contributes with several different practical and inspiring methods to transform the reality we live in now into the reality we can dream of and wish for.
Climate psychologist Ragnhild Nilsen will be able to inspire many readers on the path to an ecosophical perception of reality with a focus on how we can live more in nature and in harmony with nature while we develop the green shift. It all starts with ourselves and our own consciousness.

Climate psychology – impact and tools for sustainable leadership.
Blended learning.
I have recently established a collaboration with learning expert Hanne Houbak from Denmark. Hanne runs the company About Learning A/S and works worldwide with learning, development and management. Together with Videocation, we have tailored a blended learning program "Climate psychology – impact and tools for sustainable leadership" and are ready with the first physical module in April 2023: Two days including book and pre-work in the form of short video sessions + online follow-up afterwards. Click for more information and registration opportunity.
Then comes a study trip to SEKEM in Egypt, where I have been one of the impact investors and social entrepreneurs. SEKEM has worked with value chains, innovation and co-creation for over thirty years and is a shining beacon for sustainable business and social entrepreneurship in the world. In addition, it is a beautiful place to build your inner power in the middle of deserts and savannas.
Hanne and I, together with SEKEM, want to give Norwegian and Danish managers, project managers, sustainability managers and others with an interest in the healthy, green transition - tools and methods to succeed. We want to make it possible for you to transform innovative plans and strategies into practical action and good leadership, while stimulating your own personal growth.
Hope to see you in Copenhagen in April 2023.
Hope to see you in Copenhagen in April 2023.
You asked for success.
What you got were talents to use - to become more of you.
